Our Projects
Biggby Coffee
Tara and Jonathan Nyson are the owners of local Biggby Coffee locations in Appleton and Green Bay, Wisconsin, inspired by a long-standing family tradition of visiting the Michigan-based coffee chain. After nearly 15 years of planning, they opened their first location in 2023 and partnered with Alliance Construction & Design to bring their community-focused coffee shop vision to life.
Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia
Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia is a proudly family-owned business in Green Bay. Its story began with Don Dorsch, who worked for Ford Motor Company as a dealer sales representative, a career that required frequent moves. After five relocations in five years, and welcoming four children in four different cities, Don’s wife voiced her desire to settle down into life in one spot.
Alliance Plastics
Alliance Plastics is a stretch film manufacturer founded in 2002 in Rock Hill, South Carolina, dedicated to producing high-performance and sustainable stretch film solutions. With facilities across the U.S., including its newest location in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, the company differentiates itself through advanced packaging technology and a customer-focused approach that prioritizes service and tailored solutions for distributor partners.
GB Investments
For Garritt, working with Alliance is about the trust that has formed and the opportunity to work with a partner who truly cares. Whether it is breathing new life into a historic space or building more modern structures, he knows Alliance will be right by his side through the challenges and triumphs.
Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe
Their first location in De Pere was so successful that in 2004, they expanded to Suamico. After winning the best Kringle in North America in 2013, there was a big push for growth. In 2018, the Vande Walle’s felt it was time to expand again, which is when they looked to Alliance Construction & Design for support.
Voyageurs Bakehouse
As demand continued to grow, the couple needed a larger space to bake, so they began using a shared kitchen. For a little over a year, Ben and Celeste increased production and explored whether there was a market for a physical bakery location in the area. The answer was a resounding yes.
