OVERVIEW
In 2020, Ted Hunt, an experienced real estate developer, founded GreenWin Development Group with a mission to build communities that support and elevate people’s lives.

“As the developer, we work on everything from finance, banking, and architectural engineering to planning, working with governmental bodies, and just putting the entire concept together,” Ted says. “A lot of the preparatory work is on us to bring together, and then the greater responsibility is the construction.”

FINDING THE RIGHT CONSTRUCTION PARTNER

Now, the GreenWin team has chosen to move forward with Alliance on a larger, more complex project: the West Point Centre in Ashwaubenon, WI. This build is a testament to the value that continues to grow with each collaboration.

CONFIDENCE FROM DAY ONE
One aspect of working with Alliance that has created a deep trust has been the fixed-price contract.

“We had been on a previous contract where there were change orders, surprises, unanticipated costs, and an extended timeframe,” says Jennifer Watermolen, Vice President of Development. “Alliance has been on time, on budget.”

The fixed-price contract created an early sense of confidence, which was a welcome relief for the team at GreenWin.

“Very early on, there seemed to be a comfort level,” Jennifer says. “They delivered exactly what they said they would."
