This comprehensive plan includes the owner defining the project and address any questions or issues, developing a team of designers and estimators to ensure costs, constructability, and scheduling, and lastly reduce project risks and identify cost savings. In addition to the designers and estimators, our project managers will be introduced to the project in the pre-construction phase to ensure seamless transition from pre-construction to construction.
