Bill Bos obtained his Associate Degree in Architecture from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Green Bay, WI in 1994. Bill has been working as an Architectural Designer/ Project Manager for over 28 years and has designed and managed numerous commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and institutional projects.
Bill’s expertise is based on the design of various multi-million dollar projects which differ in size, architecture, location, type and use and way of financing. His knowledge and experience bring great value to Alliance Construction & Design and its clients.
As a Sales/Project Manager, Mark is responsible for working closely with clients, architectural designers and sub-contractors in order to acquire design/build projects from concept to completion. With more than 28 years of experience in the general contracting and sales industry, Mark assures quality project management and delivers results in timely and cost effective matter.

Todd was born and raised in De Pere, WI. He is a highly motivated, dedicated and results oriented professional with more than 22 years of experience in engineering and design management of construction projects.
Todd's employees and clients are part of his family.

Mark was born and raised in Wisconsin. He is a very detail oriented, creative and defined designer with more than 16 years of experience in innovative design, including photo realistic rendering. Mark holds a degree in Architecture.
Rod Rukamp has over 34 years of experience in the General Contracting industry. As a Project Manager at Alliance Construction & Design, Rod works closely with sales and design teams to ensure proper coordination of projects.
Rod visits job sites on regular basis to make certain projects are progressing as scheduled in an efficient and safe manner. In addition, he guarantees projects completion within owner specifications and follows up with clients to assure 100 % client satisfaction.
Mike manages company-wide accounting, reporting and payroll for 20 salaried and hourly employees. He is in charge of handling all Accounts Payable/Receivable and expense control procedures including but not limited to bank and account reconciliation, cash receipts, finance charges, billing and invoicing.
